TACTICAL RIFLE SHOOT
Entry fee: 1 Event Ticket (Available at the Shootout booth) Targets at 100 yards, 200 yards and 300 yards. Participants should bring their own rifle and appropriate ammunition. Eye and ear protection is required. Those under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.There will be a limited number of rifles available to rent for an additional fee. Top |

Entry fee: 1 Event Ticket (Available at the Shootout booth) Test your shooting skills against the pros. Several members of the Carson City S.W.A.T. Team will be at the Shootout. “BRAGGING RIGHTS” PISTOL SHOOT

FRANKLIN ARMORY
Entry fee: $10 per gun, which includes ammo (Payable at Franklin Armory event in Open Pistol Bay 4) Franklin Armory, a firearms manufacturer located in Minden, Nevada, will have their rifles, including full auto rifles, and their Binary Trigger System available to try. Top |
50/50 POKER SHOOT
Entry fee: $5 per hand (Payable at the 50/50 Poler Shoot event in Open Pistol Bay 1) Fire seven shots, pick your top five “cards” and see if you can get the the highest scoring poker hand. Don’t like the hand you’ve dealt yourself? Try another! The public is invited to participate in this event. Participants are to furnish their own firearm (semi-automatic pistol or revolver) and ammunition. Hearing and eye protection required. Those under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. At the end of the day, whoever holds the highest “hand” (top score) will receive 50 percent of the entry fees for the 50/50 Poker Shoot, and 50 percent will go toward range improvements. The holder of the winning hand will be announced at 12:30 p.m. at the Shootout for the Future booth. You’ve gotta’ be there to collect your winnings! (In the unlikely event of a tie, the winner will be decided by the high cut of a deck of cards.) Top |
“SHOT IN THE DARK” 50/50 POKER SHOOT
Entry fee: $5 per hand (Payable at the 50/50 Poler Shoot event in Open Pistol Bay 1) Fire seven shots, pick your five best “cards” and try for the highest scoring poker hand. We’ll use targets similar to those in the 50/50 Poker Shoot, but in this case you will be shooting at the back of the playing cards, leaving more to “the luck of the draw.” The public is invited to participate in this event. Participants are to furnish their own firearm (semi-automatic pistol or revolver) and ammunition. Hearing and eye protection required. Those under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. At the end of the day, whoever holds the highest “hand” (top score) will receive 50 percent of the entry fees for the Shot in the Dark 50/50 Poker Shoot, and 50 percent will go toward range improvements. WOMEN’S SHOOTING ACADEMY
Entry fee: None The Women‘s Shooting Academy will have instructors on hand to answer your questions and offer tips. They will have a variety of handguns to try.
